CVS Health (CVS) has named David Joyner as its new President and CEO, effective October 17, following the departure of Karen Lynch. Lynch stepped down from her role in mutual agreement with the company’s board of directors. Joyner, who previously served as Executive Vice President of CVS Health and President of CVS Caremark, has also joined the board of directors.
Additionally, Roger Farah, the current Chairman of the Board, will take on the role of Executive Chairman.
